Common MulaStar Referral Mistakes

A referral can fail technically, ethically or both. The technical failures break attribution; the ethical failures pressure people or misuse their data. Neither is repaired by sending the link more aggressively.

Eight avoidable mistakes

• Sharing an altered or another user's link
• Quoting an undated reward as guaranteed
• Treating a click as a qualified referral
• Spamming groups or private contacts
• Creating or operating the invitee's account
• Asking for OTPs or identity documents
• Encouraging duplicate registrations
• Ignoring rejected or pending status definitions

Repair with evidence, not workarounds

For a legitimate mismatch, preserve the dates, referral identifier and status, then ask official support whether it can be reviewed. Do not create another account, edit documents or fabricate screenshots.

Run a language check before publishing

Remove words such as guaranteed, salary, instant and risk-free unless they accurately quote official terms with necessary context—which referral income generally cannot support. Prefer “may qualify, subject to current official terms.”

Accuracy, consent and account separation are the three strongest protections against referral problems.
