MulaStar Account Guide

Managing a MulaStar account means more than remembering a login. You need secure access, accurate profile information, understandable records, and a recovery route you can use if access fails.

The four account responsibilities

Treat access, profile, records, and recovery as separate responsibilities. A correct profile does not make a weak password safe, and a successful login does not prove that an activity was recorded.

Run a short account check

Periodically inspect contact details, active settings, recent records, and any unfamiliar change. Use only controls available in the official account area.

• Confirm recovery contact access
• Review recent activity
• Remove saved access from old devices where supported
• Read new account notices

Respond calmly to account trouble

If access or data appears wrong, stop sensitive actions and preserve non-secret evidence. Use the official recovery or support route rather than accepting help from someone requesting credentials.
