Account protection fails at the weakest recovery path. A unique password helps, but an exposed email, hijacked SIM, shared device, or fake support conversation can still hand over control.

Secure the account from the outside in

Protect the recovery email first, use a unique long MulaStar password, enable any official additional authentication offered, lock the device, update software, and keep the phone number under your control.

• Use a password manager where practical
• Review active sessions and profile changes
• Remove unknown extensions or apps
• Avoid signing in on public or borrowed devices

Add friction to sensitive events

Independently verify messages about password resets, identity checks, payout changes, or account suspension. Open the account directly rather than using the message link. Record unexpected changes and contact official support.
