On Android, an account can be healthy while the sign-in screen fails because the browser engine is outdated, the device clock is wrong, or the installed app did not come from a trusted source. Test the access layer before assuming the credentials are broken.

Choose an official Android route

Use the official website or its official Android APK path. Open the official MulaStar website and use the official download path for the Android APK. Download the MulaStar APK file. If prompted, allow Install from Unknown Sources for your browser or file manager (required because the app is installed outside the Play Store). Tap the APK file and install it. Open the MulaStar App from your phone’s app menu. Create an account or log in with your username and password. Access the dashboard and start earning.

Prepare Android for authentication

Install current security updates, set date and time automatically, and update the supported browser and Android System WebView where applicable. Review app permissions; login should not require unrelated access simply to accept credentials.

Separate app trouble from account trouble

If the verified app fails, try the official site in a current browser. If both reject the same credentials, use account recovery. If only the app fails, record its version, Android version, device model, and exact behavior for support.

A browser fallback is also a useful diagnostic: it tells you whether the problem belongs to Android’s app layer or to the account.
