MulaStar Video Activity Problems

Playback and completion tracking are separate. A video reaching its final frame does not prove that the activity met current requirements or that the account recorded it.

Stabilize playback without gaming the activity

Read the instruction first, keep the page in the required state, use a stable connection, and allow media permissions only when justified. Disable data-saving or battery restrictions only temporarily and only if they block legitimate playback.

• Check sound or interaction requirements
• Avoid seeking, speed tools, automation, or multiple tabs
• Keep the app foregrounded if required
• Note where playback stops

Verify the completion signal

Wait for the stated completion marker, then inspect activity history once. If it remains incomplete, save the activity identifier, time, duration watched, device, network, and exact status before a single controlled retry.
