MulaStar Account Activation Problems

Activation happens after account details are accepted, so a missing message is not the same as a rejected registration. Check whether the account already exists before starting over.

Locate and validate the activation message

Check spam, promotions, blocked senders, SMS filters, and the exact contact address entered. Verify that the message points to the expected official domain before opening it.

• Use only the newest resend message
• Open the link in the same current browser when possible
• Confirm device time
• Do not forward the link—it may grant account access

Handle expired or already-used links

Try signing in once in case activation completed. If not, request one new link through the official flow and wait for it. Report the error text and send time if every fresh link fails.
