Verification errors often come from mismatched fields, unreadable images, unsupported documents, expired codes, or a review still in progress. Each requires a different response.

Match the request before uploading anything

Read why verification is requested, which document or contact method is accepted, required validity, file type, size, image quality, and name or date format. Submit only through the verified account screen.

• Use a clear image with all required edges visible
• Avoid glare, blur, edits, and unrelated background data
• Match profile details accurately
• Check whether the first submission is still pending

Escalate without duplicating sensitive data

Record the review status and exact rejection reason. Ask official support which requirement failed; send a redacted status screenshot unless the secure official process explicitly requires the document again.
