Security incidents need containment before ordinary troubleshooting. If credentials or a recovery channel may be exposed, stop using links from the suspicious message.

Contain access from a trusted device

Navigate independently to the official service. Change the MulaStar password and the recovery email password, review sessions and profile details where controls exist, secure the phone number, and remove unknown apps or browser extensions.

• Preserve suspicious messages and timestamps
• Report unauthorized changes promptly
• Ask the payment provider to protect a linked wallet if relevant
• Do not confront or pay the attacker

Create a recovery timeline

List the last known safe login, first suspicious event, devices used, profile or payment changes, and actions already taken. Give official support non-sensitive evidence and case references.
