Fast troubleshooting starts with ownership: which layer produced the error? Changing every setting at once destroys that evidence.

Map the failure to one technical layer

Test from local to remote: device time and storage, network reachability, browser or app session, account authentication, feature rules, and external payment provider. Change one safe variable per test.

• One device fails: inspect device or app
• One network fails: inspect connection or DNS
• All devices fail for one account: inspect account status
• One activity fails: inspect its instructions
• Payment differs at each end: reconcile references

Meet the minimum for a useful ticket

Include date and timezone, exact error, last successful step, reproduction path, device and version, network type, account status, reference if relevant, and a redacted screenshot. State what you already tested.
