MulaStar Password Reset Guide

A password reset is a security event, not just a form to complete. The reset message grants temporary control of the account, so where it came from, where it opens, and what you do afterward all matter.

Generate the reset yourself

Open the official sign-in page and choose its password-recovery option. Enter the registered identifier and inspect any masked delivery destination. A reset you did not request may indicate that someone is testing your account.

Use the newest link once

Open the message on a trusted device, verify the destination, and complete it promptly. Multiple requests can invalidate older links. Create a long, unique password and store it in a reputable password manager rather than notes or chat.

Review the account after recovery

Sign out other sessions if that control exists, review contact details and recent activity, and secure the associated email account. Report changes you do not recognize through official support.

Once recovery is complete, treat unexpected reset messages as a signal to review both MulaStar and your email security.
