MulaStar Registration Not Working

Registration can fail before submission, after submission, or during contact confirmation. Identify that boundary first; repeatedly creating forms may produce duplicate-account problems.

Audit the form before another submission

Confirm the official URL, country and age eligibility, required fields, accepted formats, consent boxes, and exact validation message. Remove accidental spaces and use contact details you control.

• Visit the official MulaStar website and open Sign Up / Register.
• Enter a unique username. Every user must have a different username, so avoid common or easy names.
• Select your country code and enter your mobile money number starting with 1, 7, or 6. Do not include the country code in the number.
• Enter a valid email address for earning notifications and updates.
• Create a password and re-enter it to confirm.
• Click Create Account to complete registration.
• Log in, activate your account if required, and start earning.

If the form was already submitted

Search inbox and spam for the dated confirmation, check SMS filtering and device time, then use one official resend action. If the account may exist, switch to recovery instead of registering again.
