MulaStar Withdrawal Problems

A withdrawal can fail before submission, be rejected immediately, remain pending, or show complete without reaching the recipient. Preserve that status; it determines the next check.

Run a withdrawal preflight

Read current eligibility, available balance, minimum and maximum, fee, method, currency, recipient name and number, verification state, and final amount. Never rely on another user's menu.

• Confirm the method is currently displayed
• Match recipient details exactly
• Check for an existing pending request
• Read the confirmation before submitting

Triage the transaction by status

For rejected, use the stated reason. For pending, keep the reference and wait according to current official guidance. For completed but missing, compare recipient-provider records and give support the redacted reference. For no record, document the attempted time before retrying.
