MulaStar Password Problems

First decide whether the password was forgotten, rejected despite being known, exposed to someone else, or replaced by an attacker. Recovery urgency differs.

Recover a forgotten password safely

Start from the verified login page, request one reset, and check the correct inbox or phone. Use the newest link, confirm its domain, and create a long unique password not reused anywhere else.

• Check keyboard layout and Caps Lock once
• Do not share or screenshot the new password
• Update saved passwords on your own devices
• Protect the recovery email with its own strong password

Respond to suspected credential theft

From a trusted device, change the password and recovery-account password, review active sessions if that control exists, and contact official support about unrecognized changes. Preserve messages and timestamps without engaging the sender.
